HB Game database

Postby Mess » 10 May 2010, 10:15

I have begun work on a new project named HB Game database. Those using the Prosilver or SE Pro style can already begin seeing changes.

The goal is to make a tool which make it easy to see what you're friends are playing at a glance, and at the same time see what games are most popular in HB. I have started adding games, descriptions and covers. But I need you're help with what games I am missing. So fare I have added the following (still need to finish some covers though):

Age of Conan
Aion
Battlefield: Bad Company 2
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Darkfall Online
Dark Age of Camelot
Global Agenda
Left 4 Dead: 2
Lord of the Rings Online
StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty
Warhammer Online
World of Warcaft

What games are missing from the list?

If a 410 pound gorilla is running east towards the White House at 22 mph, and Whoopi Goldberg is 27 miles behind the gorilla, pursuing him on a motorcycle at 68 mph, how much acid did I do?

Btw you can add the games you own/play in the UCP from now. :)

Id like to support the League of Legends as well.. its a really great game if you liked the Dota mod for Warcraft 3. And as a added bonus.. its completely free.

http://www.lol-europe.com/

Go take a look at it, I have enjoyed it alot the games I have had.

As mentioned its basically a improved version of Dota where you "your summoner" gain levels, gain mastery points and the ability to equip runes/glyphts and seals to improve your way of playing. So they combine the appeal of the mmo with progression trough play, with the great gameplay of Dota.

While you play you earn exp, to gain levels, and Influence points, you can use to buy runes/glyphts/seals and unlock heroes.

And some time during the next 4 months you should prob add World of Warfcraft: Cataclysm :)

Im sorry if this have turned into a wall of text.. but I hope to see many of you people online, and maybe even try a game or 2 :)

Thanks guys,
I added League of Legends. Go add you're games in the UCP. :)

As to Cataclysm, I'm unsure if we should add expansions or only the "base" games. Right now I'm thinking it might not add more info, but more clutter. What do you think?

Ye, good point.. prob just have the base game, as exinferis say most people that play it will have the latest expansion.
